Race Pack Collection

Date: Thursday 12th June Time: 09:00 AM - 05.00 PM

Location: LOOP Stores at Sarit Centre, Yaya Center, Garden City Mall and Mama Ngina street - Based on location selection during registration. Date: Friday, June 13, 2025

Time: 12:00 PM - 07.00 PM

Location: Race Village - Based on Based on location selection during registration and all participants who have registered after the 6th of June 2025.

How to Collect Your Race Pack

To collect your race pack, please bring your ID. Head to the designated race pack collection area at the event venue. Look for signs directing you to the registration desk, where volunteers will assist you in retrieving your pack.

If you are collecting a race pack on behalf of team members, friends or family, kindly remember to bring with you copies of their individual registration confirmation emails or IDs.

Note: Race Finisher Medals are awarded at the finish line and Event T-shirts are in your race packs.

This is a mass start and all distances (20km/60km/120km) are flagged off staggered.

Kids Race Start Time: 2:00 PM

Location: Hell's Gate, Naivasha

NO PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO RACE WITHOUT A HELMET!

20 KM and 60KM LOOP: Awards to the Top 3 finisher Female and Males.

120KM LOOP: UCI Gravel World Championship Qualification to the top 25% in each Race Category. See event Rules and Regulations HERE

100KM LOOP: Top East African women and men finisher prize money

Teams Competition: Only applicable to 100KM. Cash Prizes based on team top five finishers with a gender ratio of 3:2
